Today, a partner office near our city celebrates its 5th anniversary, and we were invited to celebrate with other colleagues and clients.
En el rubro inmobiliario, sobretodo en esta red REMAX, en Paraguaysomos aproximadamente 1500 personas y unas 80 oficinas en todo el país, mi oficina forma parte del departamento de Alto Paraná en el Este del País donde conformamos junto a 4 oficinas mas esta región del país junto a Foz de Iguazú Brasil, allí son dos oficinas en el país vecino cuya relación, amistad y trabajo es muy cercano por lo que generalmente compartimos mucho.
In the real estate industry, especially in this REMAX network, in Paraguay, we are approximately 1,500 people and have about 80 offices across the country. My office is part of the Alto Paraná department in the east of the country, where we operate alongside four other offices, plus this region of the country, along with Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil. There are two offices in the neighboring country whose relationship, friendship, and work are very close, so we generally share a lot of common ground.
En este caso una de las oficinas de Alto Paraná - Paraguay, puntualmente Santa Rita, ha cumplido 5 años en la red y lo celebramos a lo grande. Esta ciudad en particular tiene sus inicios y su gente principalmente de nacionalidad brasileña, por lo que las costumbres, la cultura y casi todo lo demás se mezcla con la cultura y costumbres de Paraguay haciendo de todo esto algo muy especial, por ello es que Santa Rita es una ciudad Particular y es un referente para los inmigrantes de Brasil.
In this case, one of the Alto Paraná offices in Paraguay, specifically Santa Rita, has celebrated its 5th anniversary in the network, and we are celebrating in style. This particular city has its origins and people are primarily Brazilian, so the customs, culture, and almost everything else blends with the culture and customs of Paraguay, making it all very special. This is why Santa Rita is a Particular City and a landmark for immigrants from Brazil.
En esta ocasión la celebración se ha llevado a cabo al aire libre y compartimos un deliciosa cena de "Costelao" que consiste en carne asada al fuego (Como se ve en la foto) su cocción de aproximadamente 5 horas hace que sea algo incomparable. Entonces está de mas decir que hemos disfrutado de una cena deliciosa acompañada de ensaladas, bebidas y mucho mas.
On this occasion, the celebration took place outdoors, and we shared a delicious "Costelao" dinner, consisting of fire-roasted meat (as seen in the photo). It takes approximately five hours to cook, making it incomparable. Needless to say, we enjoyed a delicious dinner accompanied by salads, drinks, and much more.
Además (Como es de costumbre) antes y durante la cena de presentó un artista brasileño que junto a su guitarra entonaba canciones típicas de la región. Ha sido una noche maravillosa de reencuentro, conversaciones y proyecciones para nuevos negocios (eso nunca falta).
In addition, (as usual), before and during dinner, a Brazilian artist performed, singing typical songs from the region along with his guitar. It was a wonderful evening of reunions, conversations, and business ventures (that's always a must).
Aunque haya sido, creo la noche mas fría del año, donde yo no paraba de temblar, ha sido el frio un hecho casi menor.
Even though it was, I believe, the coldest night of the year, where I couldn't stop shivering, the cold was almost a minor event.
