I love cooking and this would be fun. How did you like the octopus that is something I love to cook and learnt when living in Spain.

The octopus was good and cooked well. It wasn't rubbery or anything. I don't know if I would cook it at home myself but I did like it. Do you cook it often?
I rarely make it. I used to when we live in Spain, but in fact not made it in the UK at all! We have been back 10 years, I guess time to make some hehe
Yeah im sure that its difficult to get octopus in different countries. Its not very common here in Canada either.
It is actually caught alot in the UK. However most of it gets exported to Spain. The British still are not great eaters of seafood, even though we are surrounded by water!
