Hello, coffee lovers! It’s been a while since the last I shared my coffee routine here, due to a bite of busyness but I thought I had to catch up with you all. This morning, my husband didn’t head to the shop. Since a lot of people are still on vacation, traveling back to their hometowns for Hari Raya here in Malaysia, things were pretty quiet. The shop wasn’t too busy, so he decided to stay home and hang out with us instead. I was wondering when he woke me up in the morning, all cheerful, asking if I wanted to go for breakfast at the Chinese food court just around the corner from our place. We walk to the food court, walking like we were back in the early days of dating time haha.

Then we arrived at the food court, and as we stood at the entrance, we checked out all the different stalls with their delicious smells filling the air. He went to the noodles stall and ordered two bowls of pork noodles and a cup of hot coffee for me and he got tea for himself. When the drinks arrived I couldn't wait a take my sip of the coffee it’s like a little moment of comfort, especially when you’re just waking up and need that little pick-me-up to start the day. Today is not so busy the food court is normally this place always busy since all the students are still on holiday as well, so it was nice to just enjoy the moment without feeling rushed. We were sitting there, talking about random stuff like we always do, when he suddenly decided to add a bit of variety to his breakfast and take nasi lemak just on the table to anyone who wants it just takes pay for RM1.50 he’s not someone who typically eats multiple dishes, but today, he was feeling a little adventurous.
I couldn’t help but laugh as he dug in; his appetite in the mornings was something else. And I just enjoy sipping my coffee slowly, soaking in the warmth and enjoying every bit of it. He already had his morning coffee while waiting for me to wake up, wasn’t about to let a little thing like tea time pass him by. So, he ordered a cup of Kusong tea. We also spent time talking and enjoying our food no worry about the need to rush something. This kind of bonding we're trying to keep going and the memories can be cherished. Nothing will win more than the simple happiness of having everything and not making up for each other as a couple.
Anyway, every couple needs this kind of bonding to build the relationship and keep the family stronger and show an example to our children as well, we don’t have to be perfect but to keep on going despite all the trials in life is the best part when all we all having the trials in life we a person and family beside us this the best thing in life that worth than any amount in the world. Even a cup of coffee together on the balcony or in the garden as a couple and talking about dreams and plans in life sharing some positive things despite all the ups and downs in life this is the most memorable to keep on as we get older, a humble life and contented with a person I have a dream to be with is nothing I can ask more just a good health to our family and more cup of coffee to enjoy of my daily life.
Personally, coffee doesn't work for me with "real" food. Just sweets and maybe a sandwich :D but it does sound like a good morning, indeed.
Yes, normally 3 half boiled eggs in the morning with a toes bread with butter then coffee its good to go for me, but when my husband ask to have breakfast together sure it will be a huge breakfast and no need to have lunch hahaha.
Thank you for your always welcoming greeting truly appreciated a lot.

A good coffee to start the morning is a choice we're very happy about. Your husband really had a voracious appetite 🤭, starting the morning with that food. I don't think he'll eat lunch anymore. The important thing is that they enjoyed each other's company and relived old times from their 😉
Yes, we don't eat our lunch after the big breakfast, and yes, the company is the more important remedy of our relationship.
The place is huge, with plenty of tables to accommodate a large crowd. It's nice that you had a lovely evening with your husband; these are moments that strengthen emotional bonds. The food looks very appetizing.
Thanks for sharing your experience with us.☕
Excellent Saturday.
