Yesterday after running, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast between my friend Fermina and Wilson
We were walking and suddenly we saw the place called Pan de Tata, a place that was ideal to recharge our energies, although it looks like a restaurant it is really a very comfortable and pleasant cafeteria to sit down to have a coffee and enjoy the view through its windows or enjoy the internal area, with its wooden tables and air conditioning according to keep the atmosphere in place.
At the time of ordering we not only asked for coffee, but we also asked for a ham sandwich to replenish our energies. The coffee was super delicious and they gave it to us decorated, the sandwich was very tasty and best of all, Pan de Tata lives up to its name since all its products of the bakery and pastry line are made from sweet potato, thus being a little more natural than those products made with processed flours.
Among its products are sweet breads, ham bread, for hot dogs and hamburgers and some pastries such as donuts, cookies and others.
These products made with sweet potato have the particularity of being very soft and its product, although salty, you can feel the sweetness of the sweet potato.
This cafeteria was very crowded during the time we were there, it seems to me a good alternative since eating in the street is synonymous with bad food, fats and carbohydrates, and seeing so many people there made me think that the eating public is leaning towards eating a little healthier.
