Instant coffee is not coffee :)) and no decent hostess would offer it as such. I just ground some for myself earlier today. I don't always buy the beans to go through the laborious process myself, but today just reminded me what a shame that is. The aroma of freshly ground reall is like nothing else. Lovely, lovely post.
