Hello my coffee-loving friends, I hope you are all doing well and that you have successfully completed this week. Today I want to share a delicious recipe with you, in which the star ingredient, of course, is coffee. This recipe is very easy to make, with just a few ingredients, and I assure you it's a delight. The coffee gives it that special touch, making it irresistible. I'm talking about a coffee flan. Flan, or pudding, is a common dessert. Here in my country, Venezuela, we normally eat it for snacks or at children's parties. I always prepare it at home because my little daughter, Micaela, loves it a lot. But this time I wanted to add a special flavor, brought to her by our beloved coffee. I'm sharing the step-by-step instructions.
Delicious Coffee Flan and Chantilly Cream

Ingredients:

3 cups of milk.
A small box of flan.
1/2 cup of cornstarch.
1/2 cup of sugar. You can taste it if you want it sweeter, just add more sugar.
2 teaspoons of instant coffee.
A touch of vanilla.
Preparation:
1- Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the sugar, cornstarch, and the flan container, and mix well until everything is well combined. Then, turn on the stove to medium heat.

2- Let the mixture cook, whisking constantly. When it's heated through, add the coffee and continue whisking.

3- When the mixture starts to boil and bubbles appear, remove from heat, let it sit for several minutes, and then pour the mixture into molds. I used plastic cups. Refrigerate them for approximately 3 hours.

4- After a while, if the flan has a consistent texture, we can unmold it and decorate it with whatever we like best. Often, we make a caramel and add it on top. This time, I added whipped cream, which combined with this coffee flavor is a delight.

Now I say goodbye my friends, I hope you like it, and can prepare it at home, the coffee flavor is splendid, and combined with the cream, even better, if you have already tried this recipe, you can leave me in the comments, see you next time, blessings.
