Hi David! That was one of my worries, that it would be too sweet, but for my peace of mind, it wasn't. The sweetest part was the whipped cream, but the rest was very balanced. In general, tiramisu is not an overly sweet dessert because of the cocoa and coffee it contains.

Besides, I never add sugar to coffee, so drinking it alone compensates for the taste of the dessert. It was very good, I was not expecting it and it was fun at the end, a different experience. Italy and its things hahaha.

Hola David! Ese era uno de mis miedos, que fuese demasiado dulce, pero para mi tranquilidad no lo era demasiado. Lo mas dulce era la crema batida, pero el resto estaba muy equilibrado. En general el tiramisú no es un postre excesivamente dulce por el cacao y café que lleva.

Además yo nunca le añado azúcar al café, así que tomarlo solo compensó el sabor del postre. Estaba muy bueno, yo no lo esperaba y fue divertido al final, una experiencia diferente. Italia y sus cosas jajaja.
