Wow wow so you didn't like El peñon. Well, it is possible that it is torrefacto, a long time ago people didn't really look at the quality of the coffee, besides they believed that more bitter was synonymous that it was better. The most recommended is usually natural roast and I'm pretty sure that's not it. At least you drank your frothy one before hehehehe

Vaya vaya así que no te gustó El peñón. Bueno, es posible que sea torrefacto, hace tiempo la gente no miraba realmente la calidad del café, además creían que más amargo era sinónimo de que era mejor. Lo más recomendable suele ser de tueste natural y estoy casi segura de que ese no lo es. Al menos te tomaste tu espumoso antes jejeje

I did not like the taste, it was not what I remembered. Usually companies lower the quality standards to reduce production costs and this affects the final price. I think that's what they did. The latte was very good.
