Hot Water VS Cold Water Black Coffee

in Cinnamon Cup Coffee6 days ago

Hi Hiveans, this is my first post for this new week and, I love to be here. I am a lover of this black stimulant, this is basically my day starter for without one cup each morning my day has not started. However, I have observed that the appearance, solubility and taste differs depending on the temperature of the water being used. This is basically my personal opinion and things that I have seen during the process of making my coffee. I have decided to share so that others can see and, have a view.

I have been a true lover of black coffee and I have been consistently been taking my black coffee with boiled water. In fact with 100 degrees boiled water. Just recently we had an unstable supply of electricity and, I decided to try out black coffee, at the very beginning, I did not observe any difference. Trust me this is exactly what true love does to a person. That is why the popular sentence "Love is blind " is still very valid. Then came few days back and, I still made my black coffee with room temperature water, only to discover that there is a clear and obvious difference that the part of my love for black coffee has been overlooked.

One thing that really caught my attention was that the Mug that I do use to make my coffee does not get stained whenever I make my coffee with Room Temperature water or cold water. This also made me to observe that taste of it to notice that the blending was not uniform. To top it all this simple means that my black coffee is not completely dissolved. Though when I made my research, it revealed that it does not pose any health threat. This means that I can continue with either cold or hot water, depending on my preference.

From the three photographs above, you will see clearly that the hot water dissolved the coffee completely and the blend of the taste is heavenly. Another advantage is that coffee with hot water has the black coffee aroma. This is the very first invitation code, if you know what I mean. Then comes the total dissolving and the wonderful taste. Makes it very perfect. As for me I will pick the hot water anytime anyday.
