It's just a cat-themed cafe that serves the usual coffee shop items, food, and beverages, that's all. It's quite a unique idea, and it works. I've known about this place for quite a few years now, but I never had the chance to visit, until just recently.
Some of my friends and acquaintances wanted to meet up, and they were looking for a suitable place nearby to have a cup of coffee, chat a bit, and catch up. I, as always decided to just be the yes-man, and left them with the task of choosing a suitable spot.
Then and there they decided to visit the popular cat cafe that wasn't too far away from our location.
It just took us 30 minutes or so to reach the cafe.
Then a 5-storey ride on the elevator, and we were here. A cat-themed cafe on a rooftop, who would've known?
We decided to go have some food and a cup of coffee first. I wasn't hungry, so I went with my usual, a hot cup of freshly brewed cappuccino. The coffee was quite good, which I wasn't expecting. Since it's the cats who were the main attraction here, I thought the coffee would just be decent; yet, I was proven wrong.
I would definitely go there again, just for a cup of coffee; even if the cat weren't there. However, that day the cats were certainly the main highlight.

It was a really well-decorated space. The minimal style of furniture, and a bit of greenery in the middle outdoor area, with an open sky above, and the cat zone was fully "cat-i-fied".
It was a dream spot for cats I'd say, all a cat could ask for. Considering most of these cats were strays and were rescued and deployed here for cat duty, they were doing a great job, and of course, they were well taken care of too. Cat food, treats, a playzone, and a ton of humans who had come to play.
To enter the cate zone you'd have to pay an entry fee of 200Taka, which is around USD $2. You'd then get about an hour to spend there with the cats.
So, after finishing our food and coffee, we went straight to the cat zone.

These are just some of the cats from a whole bunch. There were about 10 to 12 cats or so, some of them belonged to the owners, and most were rescues.
One thing is for sure, they were some of the friendliest felines I had seen. Cats are usually a bit stubborn and prefer their space, but as we were sitting in one spot, the cats themselves came to us to play. Sure, some of the lazy critters were dozing off and maintaining distance, but they wouldn't mind being petted.
For both cat and coffee lovers, this is paradise. We were there for close to 2 hours, and I had a swell time over there. The coffee was just the cherry on top.
I'll surely be visiting them again, I don't know when, but soon hopefully.
