Hello, coffee lovers!
I'm one of you! In the morning, I can't imagine my day without a cup of coffee. I make coffee in a geyser coffee maker. I pour water, pour coffee, twist it tightly... and wait for that pleasant rumbling sound to begin when the coffee under the pressure of steam bursts out! The whole kitchen is filled with the aroma of coffee... it's a whole magic, a whole ritual that I repeat every day, every morning!
And in the afternoon, when I have a two-hour break, I go to the Skortse center for coffee! This is also a kind of action! Going for coffee! This expression is purely Lviv! Going for coffee is meeting with friends, business partners, like-minded people and the like. It's not just drinking coffee... I go for coffee alone. And I like to watch other coffee lovers at the table. How they communicate, who came with whom... I often observe very interesting characters!
I go to a bar called Borgo 1931 for coffee. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think 1931 in the name of the bar is the year it was founded. At least I want to think so.
The bar is staffed by young girls who are very attentive to their customers, always friendly and smiling. A large selection of drinks and snacks. The prices are pleasant.
The atmosphere in the bar creates a special atmosphere. Old photographs perfectly convey the history of this small, cozy town. It's so interesting to sit at a table and look at the people in the photo. You seem to be transported back a century... and hear the music of this improvised string ensemble and the sounds of bicycle horns... the tables are far from each other and this creates a more comfortable atmosphere. There is a summer playground on the street, which is nice in the warm season. Opposite the bar is Villa Soranzo, which is immersed in the greenery of the park. It is nice to sit with a cup of coffee in such a beautiful neighborhood that pleases the eye.
Once a girl created a strange drawing on my coffee. I looked at it for a long time and each time I saw different pictures. Sometimes a girl with long hair, sometimes a dove, sometimes an evil witch...it is hard to say what it really is.
I always bought myself a cappuccino. But now I like cafe macchiatone more. It has more coffee and less milk.
I like to spend my free time here. I can talk on the phone with my daughter, friends or sister. I can sit and read the news or just listen to music.
It's good that there is a place like this Borgo 1931 bar, where you are always welcome!

Я одна із вас! Вранці не уявляю свій день без горнятка кави. Я готую каву собі в гейзерній кавоварці. Заливаю воду, засипаю каву, закручую міцно... і чекаю коли почнеться це приємне буркутіння коли кава під тиском пари виривається назовні! Вся кухня наповнюється кавовим ароматом...це ціла магія, цілий ритуал, який я повторюю щодня, щоранку!
А вдень, коли я маю двогодинну перерву я йду до центру Скорце на каву! Це також своєрідне дійство! Йти на каву! Цей вислів суто львівський! Йти на каву - це зустрітися з друзями, з діловими партнерами, з однодумцями і тому подібне. Це не просто випити каву...я ходжу на каву сама. І за столиком люблю спостерігати за іншими кавоманами. Як спілкуються, хто з ким прийшов... часто спостерігаю за дуже навіть цікавими персонажами!
На каву я ходжу в бар під назвою Borgo 1931. Можливо я помиляюся, але думаю 1931 рік в назві бару є роком його заснування. Принаймні я хочу так вважати.
В барі працюють молоді дівчата які дуже уважно ставляться до своїх клієнтів, завжди привітні і усміхнені. Великий вибір напоїв та закусок. Ціни приємні.
Особливу атмосферу в барі створює обстановка. Старовинні фотографії чудово передають історію цього маленького затишного містечка. Так цікаво сидіти за столиком і розглядати людей на фото. Ти ніби переносишся на на століття назад...і чуєш музику цього імпровізованого струнного ансамблю і звуки клаксонів на велосипедах... столи віддалені один від одного і це створюює більш комфортну обстановку. На вулиці розташований літній майданчик, що приємно в теплу пору. Навпроти бару розташована вілла Соранцо, яка потопає в зелені парку. Приємно сидіти за горнятком кави в такому гарному сусідстві, що радує око.
Одного разу на моїй каві дівчина створила дивний малюнок. Я довго розглядала його і щоразу бачила інші картини. То дівчину з довгим волоссям, то голуба, то злу відьму...що будо насправді, важко сказати.
Я завжди купувала собі капучіно. А зараз мені більше подобається кафе макіатоне. В ньому більше кави, а молока менше.
Мені подобається тут проводити свій вільний час. Я можу поспілкуватися по телефону з дочкою, подругами чи сестрою. Можу посидіти та почитати новини чи просто послухати музику.
Добре, що є таке місце як цей бар Borgo 1931, де тебе радо зустрічають завжди!
