What do some of us love Sunday so much? I guess is because Sunday is the day we rest from work and at least have time to prepare a very good meal for the family. Don't get me wrong. We cook good food every day but that of Sunday is very interesting because we really take our time to make it real good for the family.

That takes us to what I want to share with the house today. Guess what I have for us? Hahaha 😂 let's go find out. I hope you will all love it.
What we will be cooking today is called native rice by some people while others call it oil rice. Which ever one you choose is good as long as it will still give us the same taste. I just learned it from my daughter this Christmas period. One day she decided to do something different for the family because according to her she is tired of our normal Sunday rice. So she brought the idea of cooking oil or native rice as the case maybe. I will be taken us step by step so that everyone who slide into my blog for creative Sunday will be able to do same at home.
Ingredients
- Six cups of rice

- Larsor fish seasoning - three sachets

- Ama wonder ginger and garlic - Three sachets

- Knorr maggi - four sachets

- Salt - to your taste

- Fresh yellow pepper - to your taste

Crayfish - to your taste
Smoked dry fish - to your taste. But for me I bought for #700

- Red oil - one cup

- Saint leave - just a little for the flavor

Water - just a little
Onion - two big onions

Recipe
- Wash the rice with cold water three times
- Slice onion
- Blend your pepper
- Blend the crayfish
- Pieces the smoked fish
- Slice the scent leave
Start by getting a clean pot and put it on your gas cooker, add red oil, add onion and maggi, stire and allow it to fry for five minutes. Add the crayfish and pepper. Stire it again and then add the rice and stire very will until all the ingredients mix with the rice very well. After stirring it for about five minutes, add a little water and cover it to steam for ten to twenty minutes depending on the quantity.
Remember that you don't need much fire for the steaming. When the water has gone down you add the remaining pepper and scent leave and onion too. Cover again for five minutes. Bring it down and stire very well. Your Sunday rice is ready.
Who is going to try this. Please tell me how it taste when you are through.
Happy Sunday dear friend and enjoy the rest of the day.
