There is a sort of similar situation, here a teacher had a onlyfans profile, a father discovered it, bought pictures and spread them around, the school got to know it and she got fired

We live (in theory) in democracy with freedom of speech, no one should be fired unless he does something illegal or that falls in breaking laws
