I think this attitude is common among mothers, mine for instance anytime my mom is in the kitchen she will always ensure almost everyone is on an errand back and forth to the kitchen eventually instead of walking up and down you will prefer to just stay with her in the kitchen in case she needs anything. I also learnt how to cook from my mom, a lesson I learnt willingly and unwillingly 😅
