I didn't know chayote could be used as a dessert. I thought it was purely for viand. Thanks for sharing.

        Thanks to you for stopping by. Some say it is a vegetable, others say it is a fruit. Sola does not taste like anything when boiled, its flavor is neutral, but depending on how you dress it, you can prepare sweet and sour preserves, sweets, salads and even drinks in the blender.

              I never tried that type of preparation of the chayote. Better not try it, I'm not a fan of vegetables. Hehehe
