For me, I think between physical exercise and diet food, they complement one another. It was called a "balanced diet" for a reason.
But we take in some in more quantity while others, less practically because we don't like them.
Physical exercise isn't just limited to the body. It helps the mind, too.
And for the record, I once was of the school of thought that fat people were healthier 😁
