Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog for creative-sunday in @hivelearners. At Sunday I try to cook some different and special recipe related to meat or chicken. As you all know summers has started and the capsicum is also vegetable for cooking specially in summers in our home. I cooked Beef with capsicum then served with flatbread. The recipe is very easy and I want to share with all of you so let's start the process.

Ingredients

Half kg Capsicum

Half kg beef

Onions

Ginger garlic

Green chillies

Tomatos

Spices

Salt

Turmeric

Red chilli

Chilli flakes

Black pepper

Cumin seeds

Garam masala

Grind coriander

Process

First I washed beef then put it in the pressure cooker and added salt turmeric red chillies green chillies ginger garlic tomato slices and onion. I added two glass water and covered with lid. I cooked it 15 to 20 minutes.

At the other side I washed capsicum and cut into small pieces and put aside. After 20 minutes I opened lid of pressure cooker and added some oil for mixing ingredients and frying beef 2 minutes in the oil.

When oil left I added cut capsicum in the beef and mixed well I added one glass water for cooking capsicum.

When water dry and oil left I again fry vegetables and spread garam masala.

Final look

It's really really tasty and also good for lunch and dinner time. Capsicum is also healthy vegetable. But specially cooked in. Eef or mutton it's too good 😊. Don't forget also giving me feedback and good reviews on my recipe. See you soon guys with new recipe in the community. Take care. Bye bye ...
