Here I am again sharing some quick and easy recipe as my entry for this #creative-sunday.
I honestly feel sad and worried thinking what to eat for meal.Its my everyday problems especially now that's e are running out of budget coz we spent money last Tuesday for my son's medication.He was sick and needed to consult a doctor but I am grateful that he is fine after we take him to a doctor.
Thinking our daily needs is my daily problems but I keep on my mind that we can face it ,I know God will bless us everyday.I keep reminding myself to trust God for everything.
Everytime we don't have enough money for our food ,we usually choose some can goods and instant noodles as our food.Bit since it's not healthy ,I am finding ways to make it healthier food for us.I usually cooked it with vegetables or egg .
You know the feeling that we overcome our first meal ,we are saved but still thinking for the next meal haha.
Good thing that my brother in-law bought some squid,I was surprised honestly when he handed me a 1 kilo of squid or we called it nukos or pusit.
So for today's blog ,I will be sharing you a simple squid recipe,and we called it asobong pusit.
Ingredients
-squid
-soysauce
-spices (I only used what's available in our kitchen)
Procedure
I first clean the squid by removing the sharp parts in the head ,I think it's their mouth.
Then next the looks like a plastic and I guess it's their bone haha
When everything is ready ,it's time to saute the species,I prefer to used complete species like garlic,ginger ,onion ,bell pepper ,pepper powder , bay leaf.
But for this dish ,I only used whats available in our kitchen.
Then add the squid ,covered the pot and wait for 10 minutes.
Add soysauce ,and seasoning depend on your taste.
After 10 minutes ,it looks like this and its kinda looking delicious.
I prefer not to overcooked the squid ,enough time of cooking makes the squid more tastier.
Garnish it with spring onions but I don't have it haha.
And it ready to serve .....
Prepare your rice and dofciurse the extra rice lol!

Time consumed in cooking and preparing is 15 minutes.
