Chicken curry sauce is one of the easiest meals I love preparing in my home because it's always tasty, easy going in the mouth, it's one of my favorite sauce for eating white rice and it's simply easy to prepare. I was surprised when one of my friends said to me this afternoon that she has never eaten chicken sauce before and has no idea of how it's being prepared. I used to think that most people are conversant with this recipe especially rice lovers, perhaps I have been wrong all these while, however, I will walk you through the steps I took to get this chicken curry sauce done.
Ingredients used are as follows
Carrot
Green beans
Ginger
Garlic
Ball peppers, the green, the yellow and the red type
Corn flour
Vegetable oil
Onions
Fresh pepper
Maggie
Salt
Chicken spicy
Mansala curry
Procedure
Wash your chicken thoroughly and spice it using the chicken spicy, fresh ginger and garlic plus other necessary ingredients to bring out the taste. In my own case, I spiced mine overnight and have it preserved in my freezer. While I did that is so the ingredients enter inside the chicken very well and be tasty. So this morning when I was set to prepare the chicken, I removed it from freezer, ready to cook .
The next step I took was that I placed an empty pot on fire, added vegetable oil, allow it to heat and add chopped onions and freshly blended red pepper and then stir it very well under the heat before pouring my chicken and gave it a good mix

I wanted the chicken to absorb pepper and the curry , that's why I fried and mixed. Some people, wouldn't take this step but rather boil the spiced chicken which is also fine, it's all your choice
By now, I have cut all my veggies, according to my desired shape.
The next thing is to taste the sauce once the chicken is done to know if the ingredients used to spice it was enough or not, otherwise you add. At this stage too, I do remove my chicken and cut them into smaller sizes. So once the sauce has a good taste, the next thing is adding all the veggies

The final step is adding the corn flour which serves as a thicker otherwise the sauce might be watery. I did this by taking few quantities of it and then mix it in a bowl and gently pour it inside my sauce
So here is the outcome, my chicken curry sauce with boiled White rice.
