A plate of Saucy Pasta!

Hello hive family....how are you all?

Today I am making a very comfort food that you can make it under 30 mins. Its a healthy food with lods of veggies in it.
If you want to avoid veggies you can and cook it simply without veggies according to your preference.
I am talking about White Sauce Pasta. Here for white sauce I am using Cottage cheese , milk and cashews instead of all purpose flour.
For the white sauce I have used cottage cheese , milk and cashews with milk.
I hope you will love the taste...

So lets see how to make:


*INGREDIENTS *

Capsicum-½cup
Carrot--½cup
Beans--½cup
Broccoli--½cup
Pepper-a pinch
Milk-half cup
Cheese slices-4
Salt- to the taste
Ginger-grated ½tbspn
Butter-2tbspn
Green chilli-1
Cashews-10
Cottage cheese-100gm


METHOD

1.First in a bowl boil some penne pasta or ant type of pasta.

2.drain the water and keep aside

3.now chop all the required veggies

4.Now heat butter in a pan

5.Add all the chopped veggies

6.Cook it for 10 min in medium flame add salt.
Then stir it.

7.Now in a grinder add cottage chèese, ginger,green chilies, cahews and milk. Make it a smooth paste.

8.Now add this paste into the veggies. Add little milk

Stir it..
Further add cheese slice.

Add pepper and After that add the boiled pasta...

Stir it and cook it for 5 mins .. add oregano or mix herbs..
Off the flame and serve hot...

Then off the flame. Mix it well.

And serve Hot!!
The cheesy white Creamy Pasta is ready to eat!

Its a healthy dish which we can have it in breakfast, lunch or dinner as your reference.
