Today I am sharing a simple, cool and easiest way to make Instant Noodles Maggie. Everyone is aware of this Name. Children to oldest...isn't it? A classic favourite for all ages..
And children love to eat this.
In daily basis its not healthy but once in two months is Alrigjt to eat if we are puting lots of veggies in it...
So lets see how I make Maggie...
Ingredients-
Instant maggies- 2 nos
Tomato-½cup
Onions-1 cup finely chopped
Capsicum-½cup
Peas-⅓cup
Carrots-⅓cup
Beans-½ cup
Cottage cheese-¼cup (optional)
Oil-2tbspn
Turmeric-½tspn
Redchili-½tspn
Salt- to the taste
Maggie masala mix-2nos.
Mustard seeds-½ tspn
METHOD
Take noodles in a plate
Now dip the noodles in water for 10 to 12 mins.
Then take a pan or kadhai.
Heat oil in the pan.
Then chop all the veggies.
Further add mustard seeds
Add onions and chili. Stir it.
Then add all the veggies. Today I am not having carrot and beans but you can add it.
Then stir it and mix turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and cook for 10 mins untill the veggies are cooked.
Then add tomatoes.
Mix it
Further add soaked maggie. Add masala mix .
Mix it properly. Add little water and cook for 2 mins.
Then add grated paneer.
Off the flame and stir it.
Serve it hot 🔥
Enjoy!
This maggie is laoded with lots of veggies and cottage cheese.
