Hello hiveans! Hope all are fine and happy.
Today I am sharing a dish;which is traditional Indian Sweet known as Churma. Its is mainly a Rajasthani Dish. It is most famous and typically served with DAL-BAATI in Rajasthan. In restaurants we get the trio of Dal baati and churma. It defines the food culture of Rajasthan. From royal house to common house this dish is eaten by everyone in Rajasthan.

Churma is prepared in two ways either deep frying the wheat flour balls or by roasting the dough in ghee. Ghee is the main ingredient on this dish because the richness will come by ghee.
Ingredients
💫WheatFlour- 1cup
💫Ghee-6 tbspoon.
💫Water- to bind the dough.
💫Sugar powder- ½cup
💫Dryfruits-as you wish
💫Saffaron-4
Method
💢Take a bowl of wheat flour.

💢Add ghee.

💢Mix it and knead a soft dough with water.

💢Keep aside for 20 mins.

💢Now heat a skillet.

💢Roll the dough like we make chapati but little thicker.

Then place this on skillet.

💢Turn and cook it , then smear ghee.

💢Cook it well from both sides.

💢Further place them in plate and break them to cool.

💢In mixer grinder grind the chapatis and make a fine powder.

💢Now take powder sugar and mix it.
Add all the remaining ghee, dry nuts and saffaron.

USE ENOUGH AMOUNT OF GHEE
Then Serve it ! As a sweet dish with daal (lentils)....
