There are so many things that make me smile and one of them is making people smile. There is a way I feel when I make people smile. It makes me feel relieved and happy.
Also, the most important thing is that I’m doing the good things from my heart and it really matters to me. I’m this kind of person who does not know how to fake my feelings or emotions. I behave the exact way I feel and if I don’t want to do good, I’d rather not do it.
Does doing good things from your heart matters or just to win a favor?
I’ve seen cases where people render help to other people and brag about it. I feel this is normal and maybe they want people to always know that they help people. It may be cool as long as you are able to achieve the aim which is helping people.
If you ever help me and brag about it, I would not care because I had already gotten what I want from you so every other thing is minor.
Am I like that? No!
I’m this person who loves to keep a low class life or profile even though I’m aiming to be a celebrity someday. I’ve helped so many people and I even feel embarrassed when they thank me in public. Well, that makes me feel good but it is not needed or necessary.
Also, if someone helps me and brag about it, I may not like it even though I will be glad that the objective has been achieved.
I believe that if you really want to help someone, you don’t have to increase the volume that you want to do so. Just do it and walk away. That’s my life philosophy but making a noise about it is not a bad idea too.
A lot of people give charity so that it can be published online and people will know that you’re a good person. In that process, a lot of people will come for you and you will continue to help them. You may even want them to always worship you because of how you help them. A lot of people may not like this and me too but I don’t really care so long as the objective is already achieved.
How would I react if I found out someone was only helping me so they could gain something else?
What’s my business with that? Imagine someone giving me a whole ten million Naira and posts it online or even tells everyone in the world. Do you think I will get angry about it? The only thing is that I can never do it but as long as I’m ten million Naira richer, I’m good to go.
What really matters is the fact that people benefit from it.
I’ve learned something in this life that all of us are not the same. Some people are naturally loud and if you should allow a loud person to help you, you know what to expects don’t act surprised.
Every way of giving charity is cool as long as people could benefit from it.
