Welcome to the Creative-Sunday Community. As always, I woke up late this Sunday and laziness crept up on me. I saw that things were shattered everywhere. The sky is shattered and the plants are washed away. And then I found out that it had rained heavily all night and I didn't even know about it. The weather was quite cold and there were cold breezes. I looked at the time and it was 11 am. I was hungry and wanted to do some suffering for #Creative-Sunday. I try to make Creative things every Sunday. This Sunday I am going to make a delicious recipe and I am short on time.

I bought the ingredients from the market that I needed to make in this recipe. Now let's know how to make this recipe

Ingredients needed to make this recipe

  • Potato

  • Cabbage

  • White Chickpeas

  • Bhaliyaan

  • Tomato

  • Coriander

  • Yogurt

  • Green Chilli

  • Salt and Chart Masala

Procedure

First we will boil the potatos after washing them well. And when they are cold, peel them and keep them separately in a pot.


After that we will boil the white chickpeas so that they soften well. And when they boil, we will separate them from the water and dry them.

We have to boil and soften the things that are a little hard and this will make our recipe good

And after that we will soak the bhaliyaan in water for 10 to 15 minutes. This will make them swell and become soft

After that we will chop all the things together in a pot. First we will chop the boiled potatoes and then we will chop the cabbage and add it.



Then we'll put the chickpeas in it as well. We had bhaliyaan soaked in the water we will separate them from the water and add them to it.



Then we'll add a red and ripe tomato, chopped

Now we will chop the green chillies and put them in the mixer. And then wash and cut the coriander well and add it.


Then we will make a paste of it with the help of machine. And then we will add this paste to curd. And mix it well and add salt to it. And then we will mix this curd paste with the rest of the ingredients.




Then we will add a chart masala after mixing all the ingredients well. And now our recipe is ready. The name of this recipe is Dahi Bhale And now my mouth is watering after seeing this recipe and I started eating it 😋

  • My sister helped me in making this recipe. And this is a very tasty recipe. It is eaten very fondly in Pakistan. And it is quite easy to make. I make this recipe often
