This morning was quite foggy, the early morning scenery outside was quite gloomy. In fact, on winter mornings when there is a lot of fog, the distant scenes are not very clear. Something like smoke seems to cover everything. But at the end of the morning, the presence of the sun makes the surrounding scenes clear.
The morning is foggy but the atmosphere around us is quite noisy at this moment. Although the political blockade program of the opposition parties is still going on, the pro-government parties are getting very excited about the elections and are trying to create a mood for the elections. And the common people are still very confused.
Today I am going to share with you another great tasting winter vegetable recipe. This is one of my favorite vegetables Turnip, whose amazing nutritional value will amaze you. But I used Heteropneustes fish with Turnip to increase the flavor level. Sometimes the flavored fish recipes also become great because of the presence of flavored fish.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Heteropneustes fish
- Turnip
- Potatoes
- Tomatoes
- Onion
- Raw chilies
- Coriander leaves
- Ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-
First I cleaned the fish, then seasoned it with mild turmeric powder and salt. Then put a pan on the stove and heat the oil and fry the fish.
Then heat oil again in another pan and fry onions lightly. Then I added all the spices including ginger garlic paste.
Then add light water and grind the spices. Then I put tomato slices in between the spices.
Then add potato and turnip slices to them and mix all the ingredients together.
Covered with lid for some time and then removed the lid and gave the fried fishes. Then I gave water for broth.
When the broth thickened, I added raw chillies and coriander leaves, then took it out to serve.
Today's Heteropneustes Fish Recipe with Turnip is ready to serve. In my opinion, this is the best recipe to enjoy on a winter afternoon.
