Today also started with great weather as usual, since the morning the weather is quite dry and warm, due to the great presence of the sun. Although this period is dry and warm, the environment gets a chance to cool down due to occasional sudden rains. But with the beautiful condition of the sky, it seems that the whole day will be so beautiful.
Sunday means sharing something cool and creative. Sunday is an opportunity to present beautiful skills with beautiful nature and Sunday is a great opportunity to connect with Hive Learners. And I've been trying to embrace this opportunity from the start and try to keep myself connected.
Honestly every opportunity is a great gateway for us to express ourselves and creativity. I believe that through this initiative everyone is getting a chance to make their own position as well as they are getting a chance to express their skills or creativity through this community. Today I will present a beautiful and different traditional recipe. Although the main ingredient of the recipe is tomatoes, I have added eggs to it.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Tomatoes
- eggs
- Onion
- Garlic
- Raw chilies
- Coriander leaves
- Ginger garlic paste
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-
First, I heated oil in a pan, then chopped garlic and onion and then lightly fried it with raw chilies.
Then add ginger garlic paste along with turmeric, chilli, coriander and cumin powder. Then grind the spices with light water.
Then I gave tomato slices and rubbed it with spices. Then I covered it for a quick boil, then removed the lid and mashed them.
Then I put the egg in the tomato paste and after some time mix it well with all the ingredients.
Then I chopped the coriander leaves and after some time took it out for serving.
