Friends, Happy Sunday everyone.
Today started with a beautiful and serene environment. Winter levels were quite low and not much fog was observed. But there is a lot of instability in our minds. Because today there is a lot of political unrest around our national parliament election and this election. A different kind of terror is still at work among the common people.
Today is a Sunday and a national holiday on the occasion of the National Assembly elections. Because of which everyone is in their own homes and will try to vote for their preferred candidates by staying in their respective areas. However, the main opposition party is absent from this election and has announced a strike on polling day as well.

Today I will share with you a traditional recipe with special taste, it is one of our family's favorite recipes. We try to enjoy this recipe with everyone in the house on special days. Any flavor is always more enjoyable with all members of the family. So sometimes I try to make favorite recipes on special days. Like today's recipe.

Recipe Ingredients-
- Pilau rice
- Hilsa fish
- Sour yogurt
- Onion
- Raw chilies
- Tomato sauce
- Ginger garlic paste
- Cumin powder
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-

First I clean the fish and cut it into small pieces and marinate it with sour yogurt and tomato sauce for an hour.

Then put a pan on the stove and heat oil and lightly fry onions and green chillies. Then add cumin powder and ginger garlic paste and salt.

Then grind the spices, then add the marinated fish to the spices and cook it like this for some time.

Then cover the fishes for some time, then remove the lid and check if the fishes are cooked, then remove them and keep the fishes on a separate plate.

After that, I put a lot of water in a pot and put it on the stove, add salt and fish head parts to it and boil it, then remove the fish head parts.

Then add the previously ground spices to the boiling water, then add the pilau rice and cook them for some time.

When the Pilau is almost cooked, add the grated fish to them and then cover it with the Pilau and keep it simmering for some time. Then take it down for serving.
