It is good that the idea that you can be equally or more productive with fewer working days is echoed.
The idea of working until you drop is quite archaic and ends up consuming people and reducing performance.
I really hope it becomes a more popular custom.

        We need to change the way we work, I think the way the world is today, with so many innovations and so many things to do in so little time, ends up overloading workers. I hope that one day it will become a reality, whether it's a monthly holiday or a 4-day week, I think they would be very interesting ideas to implement.
