People love those antihistamines because of the sedation they provide in addition to the primary effect. Alcohol should be legal if used responsibly and the same should go for Marijuana in my opinion. More and more places have legalized it over the last few years. But they shouldn't be smoking it in public or a on a bus. They have vapes for that... But things like heroin and meth are just plain bad news, they should be illegal!

You managed to summarize well and have a good proposal to deal with the problem. Here in Brazil, the use of tobacco is already prohibited in closed public places and also in private commercial places.
It has been many years since it has been possible to smoke in bars, stores, etc., and we have now naturalized this custom. It's very good for non-smokers like me!
