Many of us don't look at the age because most people will say "age is just a number" and if ever you loved someone, age doesn't matter. So, here in our place, when it comes about relationship, there will always be people who likes to gossip about someone's relationship on their age.
I think this will be a tough topic that I can answer because I don't usually talk about relationship and all but I will try my best for this topic.
So, if ever someone will asks me about the age in a relationship, I think I would agree if the they are in their right age but if they were not in their right age, then I would not agree with that because if anyone of the couple is a minor, then that would be bad.
I saw and hear about lots of actors and actresses in a television or in a social media who have a big age gap in their relationship and I can see that they were really happy with each other. Love is enough about their relationship and it will not define their age at all.

In our country, we don't allow minors to have a relationship to an adult because that is Illegal and the adult will be punish if it is proven that they have a relationship. I saw lots of scenarios or videos in YouTube for having a relationship with the minors and most of the time, the adult will end up in jail or the parents were getting money to shut them up.
Most of the time, I will not be worried about getting in a relationship with someone because that's not my life in the first place but a good piece of advise is better for me to say how I feel and think about someone's relationship that I know and that's the person who will decide whether they will continue their relationship or not.
Thoughts
For me, having the same bracket of age may be the best and ideal one for a couple because mostly they will have the same vibes with each other just like with my wife now that we were in the same age and only a few days apart on our age gap.
We have one daughter now and most of the times, we will just cuddling with each other with only a few arguments that we can have.

We can't ask to these couple who have a higher age gap because they were in love with each other and they clicked together because love has no boundaries at all and if you were in love, age will not matter anymore as long as he/she is into you, the age gap will vanish like a thin air.
