It has been a few days since i posted, honestly posting for me does not make an aweful lot of difference as i am being downvoted for what i do not know.
It makes no difference in the grand scheme of things.
It is important to make plans if you wish to succeed.

When you team up with others and work towards the same goals it makes the journey so much more better.
Firstly you have people that are enjoying the same success you are as a team and when things are tough we can support each other.
Having success is great but it is so much sweeter when you get to enjoy those success milestones with others.
When there are tougher times and there will be that is life it is so much easier to overcome with friends at your side.
This is what makes community so important.

Yesterday i officially launched the HEARTBEAT Token with a payout.

Every week we will index 1-3 tokens and pay them out to holders of the HEARTBEAT Tokenon Sunday's.
Once a month we will do a mass payout of previously indexed tokens and the new ones in the list.
We have created a vault here on Hive that was the first peg of our token.

So what is next?
Well next will be our continued peg of the HEARTBEAT Token.
Our next steps will be to peg and stick to Bitcoin and Litecoin.
After that will be silver and gold.
Then after that other precious metals.

Foodie
Bacon and Brie
This sandwich is a favourite of mine.
So first we put bacon in the air fryer or you can cook it your way.
Cook the bacon in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes check half way through.
Next prepare the bread rolls.
Add any dressing or sauce you like i decided to go with ginger and chilli.
While bacon is cooking cut some brie.
Once the bacon is cooked add to rolls and layer the brie on top.
Close lids, and place in air fryer for 2-4 minutes
Once cooked there you have it hot bacon and cheese goodness.
Walking
It is important to get out and about to breathe in that fresh air.
I had a local errend to run.
I like avoiding the main areas and we have loads of small paths and cut throughs around the village if you know where you are going.
Once i finished my errand i headed home.

I haven't had much chance to play games lately which is super annoying but what can we do?
I purchased a pack meaning i have now purchased 25 packs total.
I also had an extra pack i earned i believe from leveling up.
What did i get?
After i leveled up some cards.
Beginners Battle
I completed a level 6 battle after adding some gems.
It seem like ovekill and it was, but i needed to win.
Adventurers Battle
I completed a battle after loading with gems and it just seem to be enough.
I am working towards level 6

It is pretty passive set a mission come back and select another.
