I can't stop thinking about building a business for a very long time now, and when I did, I always did it with the wrong people, or I was emotionally weak at the time, but I am happy that I made those mistakes. At least I learned from them, and the learning process was absolutely ruthless, and a lot of pain comes from it.
It is necessary to accept the pain and suffering in order to grow; otherwise, there is no growth; taking hits is the only way to grow. I had a conversation with my brother; unfortunately, he passed away a few years ago. Talking with him is such an eye-opener because he is the only real friend I have. If I'm wrong, he will tell me bluntly to my face, telling me don't be an idiot😂, but he also make sure I think more into detail on what is to come and what i need to do to prevent the problems. He is basically a genius compared to me.
We even talk about how, if our family does business, we are all different in personality and behavior. Some are fighters, some are lovers, which is a nice blend of personalities that comes together. It is actually very weird to have brothers that look similar to one another but have personalities that differ greatly from each other.
The business plan that we made is quite simple. My brother, who passed away, is basically the mastermind when it comes to marketing; he is a marketing genius. As for my other brother, he is a personal trainer; he will do the teaching and body improvement for clients. As for my other brother, he is a charmer; he should be the brand ambassador because he can talk, and when he speaks, everyone stops smiling and listens. Eventually, everyone will laugh due to his conversational skills. As for me, I am a blend of everything, but more on the serious and negative side of life. Also, when it comes to restaurant management, I will be the first to work, and if you read my article, you know I work too much.
The thing that frustrates me the most is the fear of failure, especially with age, which is rapidly increasing I am more careful I do think more clearly and maturely about a lot of things I don't punch people in the face when I get mad unless punches are being thrown towards me first so there is a lot of improvement in anger management department My mom loves the new me; she said I am much calmer than I used to be. If a mother is happy with you, it is a huge win to not disappoint her like I used to.
I also finding ways to fund my future business with my own savings but when I calculate how many years I need to save up to buy the land and renovate it, I will not be able to do so in my lifetime, as I am sure everyone has the same problems salary is not high, and things are extremely expensive, including taxes and so on.
So I know a lot of people are telling me not to share your future plans and everything because people might steal them. I am sure they can, but whoever executes the plan first is the winner. It is a race. I am sure a lot of people have the same idea as I do, but not many manage to execute the plans, so plans are just plans in the head. That is it.
I am going to start a crowdfunding campaign soon When I finish the business plans, it will be open to public Everyone can see it, everyone can fund it, everyone can advise me on what to do, give me more ideas, and so on. I will do all the work, and I will document all the work that is being done. A checklist will be made so we can see progress on what is to come next.
As for now, I cannot share much because I have not made a clear picture of what is to come and the ideas of this business, but when everyone is up to standards, I will definitely share with you, and I want to know what to improve or what I missed.

Also, I want to give priority to the people who invest in the business; maybe give them yearly bonus for their generosity; maybe give them discounts when they come to the area; and so on. Basically, i want to build a place where you have everything in one place with amazing service and facilities, surrounded by nature and water.
Let me give you a better picture with step-by-step business plan so you can see clearly I also spoke with some friends about this; they said talking about it in Hive is a big risk and can lower my reputation I mean, if you lie, of course it can hurt your reputation For me, just be completely honest about what works and what does not, and don't keep secrets because money is on the line. I believe that is how we earn trust from the people around us.
