It's going to be a cold and noisy morning walk today.
Remember yesterday? It was +8 degrees Celsius at noon. The heat pump is still able to get heat from the cold air. A few more degrees lower and the auxiliary electric heat will take over.
Today I am sharing a couple of video snippets. This one captures the noise level while walking. The coefficient of friction on the snow is lower at reduced temperature. So the friction noise from the snow particles rubbing together is much noisier.

As we walked a little more I noticed we were being watched. Krimmer didn't even notice. I was able to zoom in to give you a better view. Winters can be very hard for these beautiful creatures. Not so much for Krimmer and I... we are beautiful creatures as well. #LOLZ
