It is so sad to lose a kitty, I am sorry it happened but I know you do your best to keep them fed and cared for. I lost a baby bunny a few months ago, I know I did all I could do for it, and I have to accept that I did the best I could do.

Bon is still doing ok? If he is doing good, a follow-up appointment is nice to have but not as urgent as if he were still sick, so don't stress yourself over it.
