Something like that, yep! Well, there are many different kinds of martial arts, and it's possible to train alone, or to train and spar with others. I trained capoeira for 3 1/2 years for 3 days per week. I was in the best shape of my life at that time. π π π β¨ π€
Haha...I should be, but sadly it is not the case. I'm getting back into my regular practices and exercise, which is good. π π π β¨ π€
Consistent focus over time is the key. I'm not out of shape, but I'm also not like I was. π π π β¨ π€
Definitely, your work of max of 10-15 days may lead you to that shape again...
