I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙
Warm greetings all! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
As an ongoing part of the asset management for my account, as well for the Alive Tribe community accounts, I'm regularly exploring potential new ways to leverage available assets, and also reviewing existing allocations, to see how I might be able to use them in the most efficient and effective manner possible. I consider this very important, because things can change very quickly with Hive assets, and with the benefits of utilizing them in particular ways, so periodic adjustments, tweaks, and even devestments and reallocations, are a necessity to keep assets growing and flowing well.
A case in point - as I was taking stock of my asset allocations this morning, I had the idea to check the SWAP.HIVE value for Splinterlands Chaos Legion packs, of which I had 7. Although the price has been trending down, my 7 packs were valued at 6.4 SWAP.HIVE, which was better than I expected. After giving it some thought, I decided to send them to Hive Engine to swap for SWAP.HIVE, which after more consideration, I chose to split between acquiring more assets to add to the DVS:DHEDGE, CCC:MUSIC, CCC:PHOTO, and CCC:WIT diesel/liquidity pools, all of which I gave a nice liquidity boost. I also added two higher-value assets that have been coming in from other pools, into the SWAP.USDT:PHOENIX pool, so another new pool has been bootstrapped into my asset-income system. In both cases, I took assets that were just sitting collecting dust in my wallet, and I leveraged them to increase my income in several useful and valuable tokens. Excellent.
As I continue to invest more deeply in various pools, as well as add assets to new ones, the benefits that I receive from doing so are growing steadily, which only gives me even more excitement and motivation to keep investing. As of the moment, the fiat-dollar value of my Hive asset allocations are $3,392.99 in layer 1 (HIVE, Hive Power, HBD in Savings), $914.36 in layer 2 (liquid, staked, and delegated tokens, including income tokens), $427.00 in assorted diesel/liquidity pools (which are also layer-2 tokens), and with a tiny $2.84 in Splinterlands (mostly as staked SPS). My intention is to get my asset allocation and fiat value in diesel/liquidity pools to the same level as it is in layer-2 tokens, then to grow both of those to the same level as my layer-1 investment.
I have a strong feeling that soon I will have much more fiat money (and likely even asset-backed dollars, thanks to Trump) with which to play, and aside from necessary technology like computers, phones, and routers, and of course investing much more into Hive, I'm beginning to consider the idea of acquiring land of my own (especially considering that most taxes, including property tax, will soon be abolished), to create something truly beautiful, meaningful, useful, and fulfilling for myself, and aligned and resonant tribe. Now that sounds very inspiring and motivating to me!
On a slightly different topic, I recently realized that I missed a pretty significant Hiversary for myself, namely that by February 20th, I had successfully published 1-3 posts every single day, for 3 years straight! Holy wow, and amazing balls, all rolled into one! I can't even believe that it's been that long! Yeah, you could definitely say that I'm absolutely committed and dedicated to the Hive Blockchain Ecosystem and its community!
Yesterday, I left the Flow House, after finishing my Hive tasks, a little after 2PM, jumping into some photography for these posts first (since I had no photos ready for today's post). Once I had a good batch, I got my machete and collected a wheelbarrow full of assorted edible foliage for cow-milking food, and after a shower and a quick asset-management break up at the Flow House, I walked over to my friend Lea's place to help her with land work for a couple hours. We got a huge amount done in the time that we were working, which was very satisfying. After we both took showers, Lea made some super-delicious food for us, which we shared over great conversation, before I finally headed back to GaiaYoga just after sunset. As soon as I got back to GaiaYoga, I stopped by the Landing to drop off my tools, and to collect my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge, and then I made my way back to the Flow House, to dive into my evening Hive tasks, and to catch up on my notifications, later than usual. Bryan came up to the Flow House to talk for a while, so I paused my Hive endeavors to give him my attention. He left feeling invigorated by our conversations, and I got back to Hive. I got things on Hive done by just after 10:30PM, and after some asset management, writing and publishing My Entry for Shadow Hunters Community Contest/Show Me a Shadow: Round 361 - Fern-on-Banana Shadows, and scanning my X feed, I went to bed way too late, just before 1AM. I woke up around 7:15AM, still feeling that I needed more sleep, doing more asset management, starting on this post, and then getting out of bed to go make my superfood fire coffee, after which I returned to the Flow House go write this post. It's now just before 2PM, so a very good time indeed to end this post, so that I may get to my few other important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House shortly, to give my attention first to more photography for these posts, straining and blending kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao), and then community/land work. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's edition of this post! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
All photos were taken with my Motorola G Play 2024 Android Phone.
Thank you all so much who have helped me get to where I am today, and allowing me to share more of the beauty and magic from my life and my world with you, and for your continuous appreciation and support! I am truly deeply grateful! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
