Agricultural produce market of the Agricultural Sharing Group

in Wednesday Walk2 days ago

Hello friends, yesterday I went to the agricultural market in front of Big C which is next to Nong Pho Market. I just wanted to go and see what they were selling because I saw before that there was a sales event in front of Mini Big C but I didn't know what the event was. I thought they were selling general products so I didn't go in to see. But yesterday I felt like going in and found out that there was a group of farmers who grow organic vegetables without pesticides under the name of Farmers Sharing. They came together to sell their agricultural products.

So I supported the farmers by buying six bags of Japanese yam seedlings, each bag containing about two plants, for twenty baht. But the shop was selling six bags for a hundred baht. I intend to plant them in my garden to use in my household's cooking. Eating boiled yam is good for your health. It's better than eating white rice. Before this, I had gallstones. The doctor recommended that I eat boiled yam. I ate them for almost half a month.

Today I intended to buy more but the event is over because I planted them and they didn't fill up the plot of soil that I had. I will probably use the first set to propagate the seeds. I don't know what the results will be. I will tell my friends again later.

Thank you to all my friends who have supported me.

It's really nice to support farmers who are also concern of our health by growing vegetables organically. I like their principle on this. It's good to support farmers because they provide us with the produce we need for our daily consumption. Thank you for the information regarding boiled yam; I didn't know that one and it's good coz I like yam too. Good luck on propagating those seeds.

Thank you very much for visiting and chatting with us. I think we need to start preparing for self-reliance because I often hear about warnings of war and disasters that will happen in the future.
