Ayer por ejemplo nos fuimos al C.C. Sambil, ya que Miranda tenía una invitación para ir al cine con algunas de sus mejores amigas, a ver la peli Five nights at Freddy's, una peli que entre los chicos es súper popular y que todos estaban esperando con ansias, de hecho Matías la vio el sábado pasado con sus amigos, y ayer otra vez, porque fue el "adulto responsable" que entró con las niñas, ya que todas tienen 12 añitos y sus mamás somos "mamás gallinas". y por supuesto no van solas aún a ningún lado, pero como la peli no nos hacía ninguna gracia le tocó a Matías ser el adulto responsable 🤣🤣
Mientras ellos entraron a la peli mi esposo y yo fuimos a comer helados, dar un paseo por el centro comercial y hasta aprovechamos de comprar unos pantalones, pero no tengo fotos de eso, salvo de las pocas decoraciones navideñas que tiene el centro comercial este año que al igual que el año pasado me decepcionaron bastante, es que incluso el C.C. Parque Costa Azul está más lindo, con eso les digo todo, pero bueno, tocó disfrutar de la salida aunque no hubiese mucho ambiente navideño.
Yesterday, for example, we went to the Sambil shopping center, since Miranda had an invitation to go to the movies with some of her best friends to see the film Five Nights at Freddy's, a movie that is super popular among kids and that everyone was eagerly awaiting. In fact, Matías saw it last Saturday with his friends, and again yesterday, because he was the "responsible adult" who went in with the girls, since they are all 12 years old and their moms are "overprotective." Of course, they don't go anywhere alone yet, but since we weren't interested in the movie, it was Matías' turn to be the responsible adult.
While they went to the movie, my husband and I went to eat ice cream, take a walk around the mall, and even took the opportunity to buy some pants, but I don't have any photos of that, except for the few Christmas decorations the mall has this year, which, like last year, disappointed me quite a bit. Even the Costa Azul Mall is prettier, and that says it all, but anyway, we had to enjoy the outing even though there wasn't much of a Christmas atmosphere. Caminamos un montón, vimos tiendas, y finalmente salieron los chicos del cine, y aunque teníamos planes de ir al C.C. La Vela, las niñas querían dar un paseo por el centro comercial, así que les dimos su espacio, pero si me conocen un poco, saben que me quedé súper preocupada pensando un montón de cosas porque era la primera vez que Miranda estaba sola caminando por el C.C., y para alejar los malos pensamientos, y aprovechando que hacía algo de hambre decidimos comer 🤣
Nos fuimos hasta la feria, exploramos todas las opciones y finalmente caímos rendidos en KFC nuevamente, pedimos un combo de esos que ellos llaman "festines" porque son para varias personas, y Matías, José y yo disfrutamos de una cena súper deli (por supuesto le guardamos a Miri y Nicol), y al poco tiempo llegó Miranda con carita de alivio porque no está acostumbrada a estar sin nosotros y eso le causa un poquito de ansiedad y se sentó con Nicol (su mejor amiga) solo a conversar, porque ninguna de las dos quiso comer (más para nosotros 🤣), porque según ella las chucherías que comieron las dejaron satisfechas.
We walked a lot, looked at stores, and finally the boys came out of the movie theater. We went to the food court, explored all the options, and finally settled on KFC again. We ordered one of those combos they call "feasts" because they are for several people, and Matías, José, and I enjoyed a delicious dinner (of course, we saved some for Miri and Nicol). and shortly after, Miranda arrived with a look of relief on her face because she's not used to being without us and that makes her a little anxious. She sat down with Nicol (her best friend) just to talk, because neither of them wanted to eat (more for us 🤣), because according to her, the snacks they ate left them satisfied.
Terminamos de comer, pasamos dejando a Nicol por su casa y nosotros nos dimos un recorrido navideño por el C.C. Rattan Plaza y la Plaza de las Banderas, ambos lugares estaban hermosos, pero eso es material para otra publicación, así que estén atentos al súper spam navideño que van a ver en mi blog durante todos estos días.
Lo siento gente, estamos en esa fecha en que en mi cabecita todo es Navidad!
We finished eating, dropped Nicol off at her house, and went on a Christmas tour of the Rattan Plaza Shopping Center and the Plaza de las Banderas.
