Zapečeni karfiol/Baked cauliflower

Ok,hajmo malo i dobroj i zdravoj hrani. Leto je! Samo lagano i nisko kalorično☝️
Evo recepta da karfiolom uz koji vam ne treba ništa više osim paradajza ili lagane ribe ili to sve zajedno!
A kilogramu se tope...🥰💪
Evo šta vam je potrebno:
Veća glavica karfiola, dva jajeta, pavlaka, suvi začin, biber, paprika, kačkavalj, prezle.
Prvo stavite cvetove karfiola u ključalu vodu u koju ste stavili kašiku-dve suvog začina.Kuvajte oko 10 minuta.

Here's a recipe for cauliflower that you don't need anything else but tomatoes or light fish or both!
And they melt by the kilogram...🥰💪
Here's what you need:
A large head of cauliflower, two eggs, sour cream, dry spices, pepper, paprika, cheese, breadcrumbs.
First, put the cauliflower florets in boiling water in which you have put a tablespoon or two of dry spices. Cook for about 10 minutes.

U vatrostalnu posudu pospite prezle. Ne mnogo. Tek toliko da pokrije dno. Upiće višak tečnosti.

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs into the ovenproof dish. Not much. Just enough to cover the bottom. It will absorb the excess liquid

Preko prezli poredjajte skuvani karfiol kao na fotografiji...

Arrange the cooked cauliflower over the breadcrumbs as in the photo...

Zatim pripremite preliv.
Dva jajeta umutite sa 200 grama kisele pavlake. Ja sam dodala i slatku pavlaku za kuvanje, oko 100 grama.
Dodajte malo bibera i oko 2 kašike suvog začina.

Then prepare the dressing.
Beat two eggs with 200 grams of sour cream. I also added sweet cream for cooking, about 100 grams.
Add some pepper and about 2 tablespoons of dry seasoning

Prelijte preko prezli...

Pour over the breadcrumbs...

Kada ste prelili karfiol, izrendajte kačkavalj preko toga.

Preko izrendajte kačkavalj i pospite kašiku-2 prezli da bi bilo hrskavo...
Peko prezli pospite malo crvene paprike. Paprika je tu ne toliko zbog ukusa nego da bi dodali malo boje. Lepše izgleda.
Estetika je bitna takodje,zar ne?

Grate cheese on top and sprinkle 2 spoons of breadcrumbs to make it crunchy...
Sprinkle a little red pepper on the baked breadcrumbs. The paprika is there not so much for flavor but to add a bit of color. It looks better.
Aesthetics are important too, right?

Stavite da se peče oko 25 minuta na 200 stepeni.

Bake for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
