Como saben no sigo recetas, pero sí respeto a todos los que lo hacen. Por ejemplo, Genaro, recién ahora está mimetizándose conmigo, ya que en un principio seguía al pie de la letra las recetas. En mi caso y para esta ocasión, voy juntando por mucho tiempo todos los ingredientes y los voy frisando, para cuando llegue la ocasión.

Haciéndolo de esta manera, cuando llega la ocasión, no debo invertir tanto dinero y parece que es más económico 😀. En el video cuento algunos de los ingredientes que le puse y quiero destacar, una cabeza de cerdo que nos habían regalado y hoy en día, siendo tan consciente y empático con los animalitos, nadie lo quería comer. Por supuesto que no lo iba a tirar. Lo trocé como pude y lo puse con los ingredientes del locro y nadie se dio cuenta del suceso 😃.

Primeramente lo iba a realizar en la cocina y luego Marcelo colaboro e hicimos el fuego. A partir de ahí, todo fue más sencillo y además incorporamos las tortas fritas, que son la debilidad de Marcelo y ahora que lo pienso, creo que me ayudo simplemente para que le hagamos tortas fritas 😁.

En esta ocasión invitamos al hermano de Marcelo, quien siempre que hace asado nos invita. Le encanta hacer asado y sinceramente le sale muy bien. En cambio, locro no le gusta hacer, pero si comerlo y es por eso, que le invitamos. Disfrutamos un lindo día patrio en familia.
Me gusta cuando hacemos estas comidas que dicen mucho de los argentinos y sobre todo que mis hijos conozcan y disfruten de estas tradiciones.
