RE: A Journey to the Chocolate Paradise

in Worldmappin19 days ago

Hi there!

Thank you so much for going through my article, it means a lot to me!
I believe Manam has Vegan options as well but I'm not sure if you can order it on their website to be delivered since they have limited stuff on Sale online.

Interesting point on the Kodai chocolates! We recently got to know that the chocolates they sell in Kodai is actually compound chocolate and not really cacao beans (Doesn't stop me from eating those anyways, they're tasty)😄

These chocolates are just amazing! They have so many flavors and its a must try!

Thank you again!!

Well... there is a famous and good chocolate factory in Coimbatore, I saw in a travel youtube show.

If I turn back time, I would and I tell others not to buy cheap chocolates that stick to your teeth, like eclairs but good quality chocolates, that have flavour than just sugary substance because we humans not roaches, we have taste. I say this because roaches like sugary stuff...

Your write up is fun... very explorative, indepth... but if you can you can do more, I suggest this because you have culinary interest -

talk to chefs on how they what this dish for instance, and make a delightful video with one great dish exposing its essence ... see its got this so it has this taste, ohh...perfect balance cruch, warm, melt in mouth...

this write up was very alive and indepth, so only impressive... makes one feel happy dreaming of nice food... I never would have thought food would be something to explore but many dishes have tastes where you need to explore because very unusual...not straightward...

I made one food write up too...nothing explorative, its just about generosity and the joy of serving food to the deprived so they get a little happy...

You may read it here ... food always has a price tag but sometimes when it melts, its priceless...

I used to watch Highway on my Plate and they used to do rating for food, those days it was fun... your thing reminded me of that... I really appreciate you promoting that Indian chocolate business and I can visualise their aspiration of making the bestest chocolate liike the Swizz...

Foods always fun...so much flavour and its interesting to explore at times!
