I've never been there yet, but I really have added Tops to my bucket list. The city lights there with the cold wind makes it perfect for a date with our loved ones.

        Visiting this place is truly amazing because, aside to the stunning scenery, you can genuinely unwind and gives you peace of mind. Moreover, Tops is a good place to share moments with your loved ones.
