The image of Dhaka city during the day has no similarity with the image of Dhaka city at night. Because the city of Dhaka at night is full of lights. Buildings, vehicles, markets, overbridges, lakes, everything looks beautiful in colorful lights. That's how I feel about Dhaka city at night.
It is difficult to move around in Dhaka city during the day due to jams, dust, and heat of the sun. On the other hand, the jam in the city decreases a little at night. That night we had an amazing travel experience in Dhaka city. We explored several places in Dhaka city at night. One of these beautiful places is Hatir Jheel Lake.
Hatir Jheel Lake is an attractive place to explore Dhaka city by night water taxi. We walked up to the gate of the Elephant Jheel Lake. Going to Fdc jetty in Dhaka, we bought tickets for lake tour by water taxi.
After starting the trip to the lake by water taxi, it felt like we were traveling in a river in Dhaka city at night. The reflection of the lights from the tall buildings of the city from the lake is spectacular. The lake is illuminated by the lights of the entire city. This is a beautiful Dhaka city.
But the water of the lake is somewhat toxic and foul smelling. I don't know the reason for this. It is possible that the water in the lake has been polluted for some reason. The government should somehow prevent the pollution of the lake water and stop the stench. Then the trip to this lake will be more enjoyable.
After traveling to the lake we reached Badda area of Dhaka city. Police Plaza Concord Shopping Mall is located near the lake. We also visited the shopping mall. It is a modern shopping mall. Those who want to do some shopping after traveling by water taxi on the lake can come to this shopping mall.
There is a small restaurant next to the lake. We had some snacks from the restaurant. All in all, our night trip to Dhaka city was very enjoyable. You can come to Hatir Jheel Lake to enjoy the lovely view of Dhaka city at night. Thanks everyone.
