Hello community, here is one of those stops that make you say “what a delightful trip”. During one of my adventures through the beautiful department of Antioquia, I stopped at the Fabricato Shopping Center, located in Bello, and I could not miss a good meal that would honor the region.
In the restaurant Asados al Carbon I found an explosion of flavor, seeing everything so delicious I was undecided on which dish to choose. The experience began with an appetizer that already promised: a fresh salad with shredded meat, full of color and flavor, with crispy lettuce, cherry tomatoes and pieces of browned meat that gave the perfect touch. Light, but with that tasty point that makes you think: “this is delicious, this will be the main course”.
And indeed, the main course we tasted was a mixed grill that included ribs with BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, juicy beef, golden arepitas, green plantain tostones and a presentation that feeds you just by looking at it. To accompany it, refreshing lemonades closed this culinary experience with a flourish. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was cozy and the taste was spectacular!
The variety of flavors and textures in each bite leaves a truly delicious culinary experience that combines the traditional with a modern and authentic touch. Undoubtedly, it is a must stop for those who enjoy good food.
There is no better way to get to know a region than through its gastronomy, and this place was definitely a hit during my stay in Antioquia. I recommend it if you are in the area and you like grilled flavors!

Hola comunidad, aquí les comparto una de esas paradas que te hacen decir “¡qué delicia de viaje!”. Durante una de mis aventuras por el hermoso departamento de Antioquia, hice escala en el Centro Comercial Fabricato, ubicado en Bello, y no podía faltar una buena comida que le hiciera honor a la región.
En el restaurante Asados al Carbón me encontré con una explosión de sabor, al ver todo tan delicioso me encontraba indecisa en que plato elegir. La experiencia empezó con un abreboca que ya prometía: una fresca ensalada con carne desmechada, llena de color y sabor, con lechuga crujiente, tomates cherry y trocitos de carne asada doradita que daban el toque perfecto. Ligera, pero con ese punto sabroso que te hace pensar: "esto está delicioso que será el plato fuerte”.
Y efectivamente, el plato fuerte que degustamos fue una parrillada mixta que incluía costilla con salsa BBQ, pollo a la brasa, carne de res jugosa, arepitas doradas, tostones de plátano verde y una presentación que ya te alimenta con solo verla. Para acompañar, unas refrescantes limonadas que cerraron con broche de oro esta experiencia culinaria. La atención fue excelente, el ambiente acogedor y el sabor ¡espectacular!.
La variedad de sabores y texturas en cada bocado deja una experiencia en el arte culinario verdaderamente deliciosa, que combina lo tradicional con un toque moderno y auténtico. Sin duda, es una parada obligatoria para quienes disfrutan de la buena mesa.
No hay mejor manera de conocer una región que a través de su gastronomía, y este lugar definitivamente fue un acierto durante mi paso por Antioquia. Te lo recomiendo si estás por la zona y te gustan los sabores a la brasa!
Así que si pasas por Bello y tienes hambre de algo auténtico, sabroso y lleno de vida, ¡ya sabes a dónde ir!.
