Our pun in "Venezuelan Spanish" is not as clever as your friend's, but it's similar: we save leftovers for "Pola": 'pa' po' la mañana' ('para por la mañana'): meaning sth like "for next morning" 😎 Pola sounds like Paula. It's so silly 😜
