The town of Recco has pizza which is a famous food here. And this is my first time too. The date of travel was during the summer which is a holiday period for many people. We intended to eat Focaccia pizza, so we searched for restaurant information and found Focaccia In Piazzetta, which is popular with reviewers and has received a lot of ratings. So I intended to go there.
But the difficulty is finding a parking space. Oh my god, we tried to find a parking space for over an hour. From noon until almost afternoon, driving around and going to other places. Because during this time there are many tourists. I really missed motorcycles at that time. By the time I got a parking spot it was already 1 p.m. Parked in the middle of the city Then I walked to this shop.
During that time, I also took photos of the atmosphere around the city. There is a high bridge that is a railroad. This point is said to be beautiful. And this city also has a beach. But today, let's take you to see the atmosphere of the city first.
Walk for a while and you will find Focaccia In Piazzetta. This pizza shop is not very big. There are both takeaways and eating at the shop. It was late afternoon but the queue for pizza was about 20 minutes. There were seats both inside and outside at small tables. Some people sit and eat or some people wait in line. We ordered two trays of the traditional and famous focaccia. While waiting in line, I ordered water to drink. It's hot and I'm tired because it's past lunch time and I'm very hungry.
This place has won many awards. There is a sign posted in the pizza shop. Inside is a seat. Walking in, I saw the pizza maker and the person waiting to take orders. After a while, the pizza we were looking for was served hot. The picture in front is Thin, crispy pizza is topped with gooey white cheese. Makes me think of roti desserts in Thailand. It smells very cheesy and the dough is delicious. No wonder it got good reviews.
The first tray was gone quickly Lol, the second tray followed closely behind. I want to say that it's very delicious. The whole dough is fragrant and the cheese is oozing on the dough. The taste is delicious. The atmosphere is truly authentic.
The appearance of the pizza that we are looking for is similar to the picture. Many people have probably eaten it before but for me it was my first time and it was really good. Moreover, it is very cheap, delicious and cheap, and this is mission accomplished. If it was easier to find parking, that would be great. After eating, I paid and walked back to the car. In the meantime I remembered why not just buy takeout but when I looked at the time it was closing time. Lol
