Whoa...workmanship like what you snapped of the elephant head and grapes is the main reason I love visiting old buildings. No one would take the time to carve things like that anymore...especially not when you can generate a convincing image of same using AI in seconds!

Same with the individualized carvings on the "great and good" seats. Probably each of a different saint or something. Simply amazing amounts of skill and care went into creating those.
