The pulao became famous and if you go to any pulao shop in Mianwali district, you will find pulao called Musakhelwala pulao.

But I would like to add to your information here that beef is used in Musa Khel Wala Pulao and chicken is not used in it. If you come to my city, Mianwali district, and you eat chicken Pulao, then that too will not be Pulao, nor will it be Manh Se Khel Wala Pulao because beef is used in Musa Khel Wala Pulao.

Different types of meat are used in pulao: goat meat, lamb meat, beef meat, buffalo meat, chicken meat, and in addition, pulao is also prepared from deer meat. But the price of the pulao is also determined according to the price of the meat. If you want to eat pulao made from deer meat, then that pulao is expensive because deer meat is very rare and is very rare. Similarly, if you eat pulao made from goat or buffalo meat, it is a little cheaper, but chicken pulao is very cheap. Thus, the price of meat and the price of pulao are determined on this basis. But in my city, most of the pulao that is made is made from beef, buffalo, and chicken meat. Today we have made Musa Khel Wala Pulao at our home. Its recipe is exactly like a normal Pulao, but if you use good and standard ingredients, you can also make a very standard and delicious Musa Khel Wala Pulao at home. The method of making it is exactly like a normal Pulao. Just like you make other Pulao or rice recipes at home, you have to make Musa Khel Wala Pulao as well. But the condition is that if you take one kilogram of rice and make Pulao from it, then you have to add at least two kilograms of beef meat to one kilogram of rice. Similarly, if you want to cook 10 kilograms of rice, then you have to use 20 kilograms of beef meat in 10 kilograms. And the most important and basic thing is that the more meat there is in the rice, the more amazing its taste will be.

Today we made six kilos of rice at home and we used 12 kilos of meat in it. The taste of the rice after adding these 12 kilos of meat was very amazing. The reason for this was that we added more meat and then the taste of this meat was felt mainly in the rice. So if you want to make a pulao with agar khel at your home, then you can use double meat in it. This way, you will not even need to come to Musa Khel. This is the reason why people who eat pulao with more meat always praise pulao. Apart from this, there are some specific ingredients that different chefs use while making pulao, but most of the examples used are the same ones that we use when making aloo wala pulao, chalan wala pulao or chicken pulao at our home. I would also like to write here another thing that whenever you prepare Musakhel ka pulao at home, first of all you have to soak the meat in water well, when you soak it well, the meat will be soft, then you have to add the soft meat to this pulao like biryani, but I would also like to tell you here that you have to cook the meat 70 percent, you should not cook it 100 percent, which is 70 percent, when you cook the meat, then from 20 percent By taking 25 percent meat in biryani or pulao, it will be cooked during the heat, so in this way, the meat will not be mixed in it, but it will remain firm and firm in the form of herbs. So today we have prepared beef pulao Mun Se Khayal Wala at home and its recipe is the same as the one we make ordinary rice in our homes, for example, the one you make with potatoes or you use chicken.
