A few weeks ago I was playing around with AI image generation. While trying to produce something for Three Tune Tuesday I came up with this really cool banner. It was pretty clear to me when I saw it that the only thing that would do it justice was some heavy metal.
First off I would like to say thank you @ablaze for starting this fun weekly event. It's a lot of fun to hear all sorts of music from all parts of the world, it's become one of my favorite days here on Hive. Feel free to join us by sharing some of your favorite songs each Tuesday!
I think I'll start off the three with none other than Metallica!
Metallica

Metallica formed in Los Angeles in 1981 and has been producing great music ever since. Their first big album came in 1986 called "Master Of Puppets". The song I have chosen today is no coincidence from that same album, in fact it's the title track. It's one of the great heavy metal compositions, here's "Master Of Puppets".
I'm still upset with them for killing Napster, but they have some great songs!
Nita Strauss

Nita Strauss is a gifted guitarist from Los Angeles that dropped out of high school to pursue music full time. She played with an all female Iron Maiden tribute band called the Iron Maidens. Alice Cooper recognized her skills and hired her to play lead guitar in 2014 and has toured with him ever since. She also is currently the lead guitar for Demi Lovato. Her solo projects have been amazing as well, she brings in featured singers much like the legendary Santana has done over his career. Today I decided to go with a song featuring David Draiman of the band Disturbed, called "Dead Inside". It was released just over a year ago, so some relatively new heavy metal!
Anthrax

For my last pick I considered staying with more contemporary music, but it just felt right to add in the band Anthrax. They formed in New York in 1981 and have been producing thrash metal ever sense. One of my favorites from them has always been "The Devil You Know", and it's my third pick of the day!
And just for fun I thought I would throw in bonus, another Nita Strauss song featuring Alissa White-Gluz of the band Arch Enemy. It's called "The Wolf You Feed". Alissa has an amazing set of voice styles!
That will just about do it for this Tuesday. I had a good time picking out some fun songs I hadn't heard in quite some time. If you don't already participate in the fun, why not join us by sharing three of your favorite songs on next Tuesday. Every week a winner is chosen at random to win 12 HSBI. Just make sure to tag #TTT and/ or do a shoutout to @ablaze .
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed my post. If you have any questions, suggestions, or comments please feel free to leave them below. Have a great day!
