BUILDING IN LIFE
For those who know me and for those who don't know me, let me tell you, when I go at something, something I believe in 100 percent, I go all in. I give what ever I am at 100 percent. I love being successful and I push full force to get there. Love me or hate me for it, that is what I do.
Last December I was at the end of my rope with my ex employer. No matter what I did, how hard I worked, how hard I proved myself, I could not get ahead. Thankfully my late wife knew this also. And thanks to her I have the Manager job I now have and I am almost a year in.
My new boss seen my potential and she let me go at it. And although she owns the business I am the face of the business now.
Last night the community gathered, through what is know as The Board of Trade. They had an awards night for small business. And our hard work and dedication paid off big time.
We where nominated for 6 awards, the most of any business in the room. That says a lot right there. And we won two, and I believe the two we won are the two most important ones.
Not to pat myself on the back to much here, but I believe my dedication to her, to the business and most importantly to the customers brought helped push us over the top for the two awards.
The business is into its 6th with the current owners and my boss. Below are the two rewards received.
I am so proud of my boss for winning the Female Entrepreneur of the year. So proud.
But I think I am even more proud of the Peoples Choice award. As this one was 100 percent voted on by the public. The public I serve everyday, for all of 2024.
This is what happens when you are dedicated.
And this is how dedicated I am to Hive, InLeo and most of all The BBH Project. And @thebbhproject Witness I am now running.
I am a builder. I am Lion, I am a leader.
Let us rock this wonderful place called Hive that we all love dearly.
WITNESS UPDATE
36 days as a witness we managed to get into 76st place. What a battle this is. Up to 217 supporters. 217 supporters, did you read that. That is Awesome Fracking Sauce. Nothing wrong with that. But I want more, I want to keep growing fast, moving up the charts fast. Business mindset people.. Now the hard part begins. Getting the word out to more people.
I know we will keep moving up the charts. The higher we are, the more Hive income there is, and the higher Drip Day payouts will get. Remember that. That is what is important.
This morning we are in 76th place. Here is where we are at this morning. 4,958,466 Hp in support. Yesterday we where at 4,935,534 in support. To get into 75th place we need another 259,122 in support yesterday. So close :)

DEDICATION
Let me start with the fact that I have been on this blockchain now for 1908 days. And I am extreamly proud to say my posting streak continues. I have now done at least one post a day for 1908 strait days. Yes, from the 1st day I joined. I have not missed a day.

BPUD - THE BBH PROJECT TRIBE POWER UP DAY
The BBHO power up day is going to be the 20th of every month. The same as Cent is on the 10th and Leo for LPUD is on the 15th. Requirments will be only 100 BBHO to power up. BBH has to be used in one of the first 5 tags in your long form posts. If not, it will not show up on The BBH Project front end.
Almost four years since I started working on the BBH Project, mostly in the back ground. I finially got to the point where I can say: I am just getting started. lol.
A lot of work a head, a lot of ideas I want to get done, a lot more building to do.
Hang on people it is going to be an exciting, all be it, slow ride, as building goes. I cannot wait to see what the next 4 years brings.

CURATION TRAIL
No new members to the Curation Trailover in the last 24 hours. We are now 249 strong. That is awesome. The new goal of 250 members by the end of the year is looking real good.
What is the point of a curation trail and why should I join?
Any post that I up vote, everyone that is part of my trail will also up vote that post. And being 249 members now you can possibly get 249 upvotes.
When you join the trail you can set your trail vote to what ever you want. Even if you set the up vote to 0.01. Imagine if we had 1,000 people in the trail that would be 10.00 to the post. Fantastic stuff. A little difference can end up making a giant difference to a Hivian.
That being said, we do have 249 members, I know not all are active, some have passed, but the majority of use are still here.
Imagine if we could get 100 people doing just 1 blog post about the curation trail. Do you think the membership would go up quickly?

BBH RELEASE PRICE
I now set the release price of BBH to the markets daily. It is an open market so sometimes you can pick up deals when others are selling cheaper than my set price. The goal is to have 1 BBH = 1 Satoshi. I do a bit of math and get the price. If Bitcoin is stronger than Hive then the price of one BBH goes up and if Hive is strong than Bitcoin then the price goes down.

Why am I selling BBH MIners:
As you read above I am shifting focue. Miner sales will be used not in make investments that are profitable and/or HP for the @hive-112281 account to give it more voting power.

The biggest question I always get is why all the time and effort to give back?
Because in giving back the future will give back to me. Once BBH is doing what I want it to do, be it next year, 5 years, 10 years, I should be able to generate a passive income for myself.
DRIP DAY
Saturdays are Drip Day. That means it is/was drip day. Now if you are not a regular reader of mine you are wondering what is drip day.
I run a income token and tipping bot all in one. The token is BBH. Every Saturday I payout the people holding BBH tokens. Passive income if you like. I like to call it a 'drip' of a token(s) to the people that own BBH tokens. And unlike some all you have to do is own it. No staking, no nothing.
If you own 10 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive. If you own 5,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive and the Alive token, and CTP Tokens. If you own 10,000 or g more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive, Alive, CTP, and $LEO:$0.03:$0.10 tokens.
All just for owning BBH. There are two ways you can get BBH. First you can buy them from the open market. I use TribalDex myself.
Or they can be tipped to you. The great part about BBH tipping is that when you tip a token to someone else you do not loose any of your own. There is a central pool that supplies them.
And a third way to get BBH would be people gift them to you. There was an update to the tipping bot. If you now tip 1 BBH you get 1 BBH also. How facking awesome is that.

In a 24 hour period, reset at new day UTC. There are currently five levels of tipping.
